This place is centrally located, right in the heart of everything, close to the historic city center, hotel restaurant, and shops.

only one person at the reception a very nice guy with glasses and brown and only one waiter, tall strong and a little brown the rest of the staff very bad, especially two waiters on the 12th at 8 am I want to take a coffee on the terrace of the hotel as my dog and smoke a cigarette, the waiter tells me that I can not because it is wet table and instead of having empathy because I said I would smoke, he replied that he does not clean the table and another more serious issue that I explain what I did not like.

On the 13th at 9 am, I ask for a Jim Tonic of beafiter and tonic suepps and he brings me a ball sack with cubes and a watery white drink, I ask him what he has put and he tells me what tonic and gin, I ask him what brand and he does not know, I tell him that when I drink a combined I want to see the bottles and that I also like to put the tonic little by little, so he does not apologize, and not only that but in my stay I had never been made to sign my drinks only to say room number and after this incident comes with the bill and tells me to sign.

barman has a very bad attitude, we are four people, at night at 8-9 we went to the counter to ask if you can give water to us, said yes, we went to the restaurant on the floor 0 which is closer, we went, we asked for water and waiter threw us to the floor 5, we asked can not ask for hot water? man at the counter told us that we could, waiter only gave us a cup of water... we are 4 people, cup of water is useless... finally we returned to the counter to tell what had happened, man went directly to the restaurant to talk to the waiter. the gentleman did not give 5 cups of hot water, he is super nice! We do not like the attitude of the waiter. since it is a 4 star hotel and we are customers, it is very ugly, I hope you never do these things! thank you,

I recommend the place. The room was freshly decorated and tidy, with a great view of the mountains and river.- I greatly enjoyed the very big beds.- The staff was very attentive and efficient.- The location was good and unbeatable, not too far away from Casa de la Vall.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep after celebrating the new year. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, offering a delicious range of options and even allowing us to bring our dogs inside. The central location was also a huge plus, with shopping, restaurants, and the historic district all within walking distance.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few downsides. the breakfast was quite expensive and had a limited choice.
